• Tailgating, open alcoholic beverages, open fires, and the selling of merchandise are not permitted in the parking lots.
• Merchandise will be available for most shows in the North and South Plazas throughout the performance.
• Smoking is not allowed in the covered seating area of this venue, but is permitted in designated outside areas.
• Disposable, digital, and non-professional cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. Professional cameras and (with a detachable lens) video and audio recording devices are prohibited.
• The Sound Advice Amphitheatre provides wheelchair accessible seating and seating for guests who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair and can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment. Accessible seating tickets are subject to availability.
• The venue is fitted with full service restrooms in the North and South Plazas.

• The opening of Coral Sky Amphitheatre in 1996 marked the birth of a new era for South Florida music fans. Located on 13 acres at the South Florida Fairgrounds, this concert facility is the first venue of its kind in the State of Florida. In January 2003, Coral Sky Amphitheatre entered into a name-in-title sponsorship with Tweeter Entertainment and was renamed Sound Advice Amphitheatre. Sound Advice Amphitheatre has entertained over 3 million fans with 315 major concerts and festivals, and has hosted such superstar acts as Aerosmith, Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, Dave Matthews Band, Tim McGraw, Rod Stewart, Sting and Tina Turner. Sound Advice Amphitheatre also hosts South Florida Fair events as well as charity fundraisers and educational and religious events. The amphitheatre has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to Palm Beach County nonprofit and community organizations.

• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. Guests must go to the Box Office to receive a pass for the child day of show only. • A full service concession facility is located within the Amphitheatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food choices including Starbucks Coffee and Frozen Drinks, Planet Smoothie, and Arepas/Sausage Factory. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of beverages including beer, mixed drinks, wine, soda and other non-alcoholic drinks.
• Security staff is available and stationed throughout all areas of the venue.
• Camping is not allowed.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.

• Will call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the show. A photo identification is required.
• The venue is staffed with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue paramedics on site for every event.
• The Sound Advice Amphitheatre offers a full compliment of alcoholic beverages to our guests who are of legal age. There is a two drink maximum per person at any onetime sale. The Sound Advice Amphitheatre has the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time.
• Food and drink: Food and drink and souvenir merchandise stand staff are available to assist with transactions at their respective locations. Free courtesy cups of water can be found at the Guest Service Booth located in the North Plaza. Interpretive Services: A sign language Interpreter is available.
